The background color has changed (MAJOR update :-) ).
URL checks are now in effect - meaning that an URL MUST be prepended with 'http://', and that reciprocal URL's (if applicable) MUST be on the same domain as your site.
Remember that 'Your link to XXXSubmit' IS mandatory. |

All forms have been optimized, this has reduced the size with about 30%. When you submit to an engine, the checkbox will automatically be checked off after submitting. |

Removed the entire Niche Toplist series, due to the webmaster not linking back to XXXSumit. Also removed a couple of General Search Engines that used "framebusting".
